Voted six times as "Best West Coast Blues Band" by Real Blues magazine in Canada and three times as "Best Blues Band" in the Sacramento News & Review's Music Awards(The SAMMIES), becoming "Hall of Fame" inductees in Spring of 2001, the Blues Rockers were most recently presented the "Best Band of 2004" award at Sacramento Magazine's "Best of Sacramento" event, an annual fundraiser for the March of Dimes. These veteran musicians have released 12 CDs on their self-owned Blues Rock Records. The band also recorded "Long Distance Call" on Double Trouble Records in Beligium, "Good Reaction" on England's JSP Records and "Tip of the Hat" on DIG Music in the U.S. Veterans of three European tours, numerous blues and music festival appearances and even a stint by its leader at Carnegie Hall's "The Blues in Jazz" series, the members are:
