An obscure, North London studio-based combo, FICKLE PICKLE registered a couple of unlikely hits in Holland during 1971, viz: 'Maybe I'm Amazed' and 'California Calling', which led to their recording SINFUL SKINFUL, a magnificent album, crammed with songs of wit, cynicism & wisdom, laden with memorable hooks and mellifluous harmonies. The LP was only ever released in Holland, and is nowadays a serious rarity, much lusted-after by Psych collectors. This expanded edition comes with various contemporaneous 45s, outtakes and demos, the first time that the majority of these sides have appeared on CD.
