I thought it might be worth while to build an information flyer and circulate it via email on the threshold of the upcoming festival season. For the most part the calendar is quickly approaching the time of year to organize, prepare, and submit audition materials for the 2014 winter and 2015 festival year.

Out of the top 100 - thirty four venues report ten thousand festival goers or more per year, some report attendance levels in the hundreds of thousands. The balance, the sixty six festivals that remain, have attendance levels between one thousand and up to the ten thousand person mark. All are located in the United States. Many have multiple show days with multiple stages and therefore invite numerous quality artists and bands to perform at their events.
