If you hunt the web, there's a 256k rip of this album but the first second or two is cut off of every track. This sounds like the same rip but someone has re-encoded it to 320k. The lead-in for every track has been chopped short.

you could be right. When I listen to the tracks, it sounds like they are cut off. On the other hand, if I compare the length, the tracks of this album are about 2 seconds longer than the 256k rip ...
