In 1992 bracht "Muskee" de cd "Cut de luxe" uit, die door de vakpers als meest afwisselende en verfrissende van het hele Muskee-oeuvre wordt geroemd. Ook hier waren gastrollen weggelegd voor Bertus Borgers (sax) en John Lagrand. Deze, van Livin' Blues afkomstige, mondharmonica-virtuoos was in oktober deel uitgaan maken van de vaste bezetting.
