The Micronite Filters continue to make hips and fists shake, with their gritty, southern-fried rock and roll. In 2012 they went down South to Mississippi and recorded the album 'Chasing Ghosts' with famed artist/producer Jimbo Mathus (the Squirrel Nut Zippers, Buddy Guy, The Tri-state Coalition). Since then they've brought some of that southern vibe back north, and have conceived another album's worth of material, now called Wizard Blood. They want to put the new album on some super-psychedelic-swirly-red vinyl for the best auditory experience possible.
