Amsterdam -- It’s finally coming. The much anticipated new album by The Damned and Dirty, titled Sell Your Soul, will see its official release on Friday, September 13, 2013. 13 original tracks by the award-winning duo Micha Sprenger and Kevin de Harde. Coming September 13th 2013. Gritty delta blues with screaming slide guitar, raw vocals and wailing blues harp.
Work on Sell Your Soul started in March 2013. Recording took place in July at de Bandbunker in Amersfoort by the 20TwelveAudio team. For the recording they were joined by drummer Frank van Tijn on some of the songs. Arne van der Heijden provided the organs on “Number 10”. All songs are written by Kevin de Harde and Micha Sprenger with Kevin on vocals and blues harp and Micha on (slide) guitar, bass and percussion.
Sell Your Soul is a mean album that will leave you gasping for air. The Damned and Dirty: Gritty delta blues with weeping slide guitar, raw vocals and angry blues harp.
